This Shipping Policy explains how we process and deliver your 33mm orders. Please read it carefully so you know what to expect after placing an order.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. During periods of high demand, processing may take slightly longer.
Product Origin
Our products are shipped from our suppliers in China directly to you.
Estimated Delivery Times
Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated transit times by region are:
- United States: 9–12 business days
- European Union: 9–12 business days
- Oceania (including Australia and New Zealand): 11–15 business days
These timeframes are estimates and do not include the 1–3 business day processing period. Delivery times may be affected by customs, carrier delays, or other factors beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
We offer two shipping options: free shipping and paid shipping. The available options and any applicable costs are displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
Tracking Your Order
A tracking number will be sent to you within 72 hours after your order ships. Depending on your region, your order may be handled by carriers including USPS, FedEx, China Post, DHL, Cainiao, YunExpress, and 4PX. Your shipment can also be tracked through aggregator services such as 17Track.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.
